Summary
In rural Kentucky, a petty thief marries his parole officer's niece, Camille, who has loved him since childhood. The two set off on the bride's fantasy honeymoon. After a car accident has them both shaken up, the new groom realizes that his new wife might not have come out of the crash as well as she lets on. It's a long, winding road to Niagara Falls, but Camille is determined not to let anything--not even her own mortality-- stand in the way of their happiness
